Essential Coronavirus Resources — Australia (Melbourne Oriented)

Last updated: 18/03/2020

Here are some selected essential official and reliable (with some extra ‘fun’ resources) sources of reference regarding the coronavirus situation. These are collated from a Melbourne, Victoria, Australia perspective – but the resources listed below can apply to also the national Australia wide context too.

This is my way of adding to existing community capacity to cut through confusion, misinformation and empower our local community to be self informed and up to date with reliable and factual based information.

Remember to practice social distancing (for the time being), follow official instructions and practice self care / mindfulness. There’s ALOT of content out there, we want to be informed but not overwhelmed. So practice social media and digital news self care, and moderate your use if you find you are becoming overly anxious / stressed.

Feel free to email me at hello@lifettlens.com if there are other suggested resources / things which need correcting.

This will be added to / corrected / modified on an ongoing basis – as needbe.

P.S – My site overall formatting and content is still under development (if it appears unusual). The content is what matters most – so be kind.
